高低溫(wen)老化試(shi)驗室系統(tong)裝置原理如圖1所示。
在電子衡器進行高(gao)(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)老(lao)化試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),由(you)于衡(heng)(heng)器(qi)老(lao)化試(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)工藝過(guo)(guo)程要求從高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)到(dao)低溫(wen)(wen)再上升至高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen),每個測試(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度點的(de)(de)恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)間亦有(you)(you)區別(bie),而(er)且從高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)到(dao)低溫(wen)(wen)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)濕度上升的(de)(de)斜率控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)稍(shao)有(you)(you)不當(dang)(dang),試(shi)件表面(mian)(mian)就會產生結露(lu)現象;此外控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)還要保(bao)證升溫(wen)(wen)或降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)速(su)率;當(dang)(dang)試(shi)驗(yan)室內(nei)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)區域溫(wen)(wen)度達到(dao)設(she)定值時(shi),必須對制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)機負荷進行選(xuan)擇和(he)調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie),從而(er)節(jie)(jie)約運(yun)行費用;在恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)保(bao)持(chi)階段(duan)之(zhi)后,當(dang)(dang)電(dian)子(zi)衡(heng)(heng)器(qi)的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)溫(wen)(wen)度與溫(wen)(wen)度趨(qu)于一(yi)(yi)致時(shi),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)能夠(gou)停機進行試(shi)驗(yan)以測定試(shi)件的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度補償系數。基于上述要求,高(gao)(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)老(lao)化試(shi)驗(yan)室配(pei)備具(ju)有(you)(you)高(gao)(gao)速(su)模糊PID控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)程調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)器(qi),PID調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)器(qi)由(you)比例環節(jie)(jie)、積分(fen)環節(jie)(jie)和(he)微分(fen)環節(jie)(jie)三部分(fen)共同構成。模糊PID算法具(ju)有(you)(you)穩態調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)精(jing)度高(gao)(gao),調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)反應速(su)度快,能克服系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)超調(diao)(diao)(diao)和(he)抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)欠(qian)調(diao)(diao)(diao),并且過(guo)(guo)程調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)器(qi)還能進行滿足電(dian)子(zi)衡(heng)(heng)器(qi)的(de)(de)工藝曲(qu)線(xian)要求的(de)(de)程序控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)操作(zuo)。圖2是電(dian)子(zi)衡(heng)(heng)器(qi)老(lao)化試(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)-個典型(xing)過(guo)(guo)程曲(qu)線(xian)。
在此典型(xing)溫度控(kong)制過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),過(guo)程(cheng)調節器根據室(shi)內(nei)溫度傳感(gan)器的模擬(ni)信號(hao)值通過(guo)A/D轉換(huan)后(hou)與設定(ding)值進行比較,然后(hou)輸出(chu)(chu)SSR驅動電壓調節信號(hao),利(li)用(yong)交流調功方式控(kong)制電加熱量;同時按升降溫速率要求的設定(ding)溫度點(dian)發出(chu)(chu)事件(jian)(jian)輸出(chu)(chu)信號(hao),通過(guo)吸合事件(jian)(jian)繼電器來控(kong)制制冷機和(he)風機的停開。
經測試,各個測點的平均溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)值如表1所示(shi)。從測試結果可以看(kan)出,當標稱測試溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)一15℃時(shi),室內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均勻(yun)性(xing)為(wei)(wei)土0.7℃,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)波動性(xing)小于(yu)士0.2℃;而當標稱測試溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)45℃時(shi),室內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均勻(yun)性(xing)為(wei)(wei)土0.9℃,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)波動性(xing)小于(yu)土0.3℃。
