本系統設計的高低溫試驗箱是由(you)箱(xiang)蓋(gai)、箱(xiang)體外殼、制冷裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)和保(bao)溫隔熱(re)(re)(re)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)等組成(cheng)。其中,制冷裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)由(you)3部分(fen)組成(cheng),分(fen)別為半導體制冷片(pian)(pian)、風扇和散熱(re)(re)(re)片(pian)(pian),其安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)箱(xiang)體的左右兩邊。加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)主要由(you)硅膠發熱(re)(re)(re)片(pian)(pian)和加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)支架板構(gou)成(cheng),固定(ding)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在箱(xiang)體前后壁(bi)上(shang)。高低溫試驗箱(xiang)機械(xie)結(jie)構(gou)示(shi)意如圖1所示(shi)。
本系(xi)統主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)由(you)傳感器(qi)、計算機(ji)、加熱(re)裝(zhuang)置、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)裝(zhuang)置,及相關電路組成(cheng)(cheng)。通過計算機(ji)上位機(ji)來設置試(shi)驗需要(yao)(yao)測試(shi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度范圍,利用控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)對箱(xiang)內的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度進行(xing)多點(dian)采集,主(zhu)控(kong)芯片將(jiang)(jiang)多點(dian)采集的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度信(xin)息(xi)進行(xing)處理,同時(shi)通過RS485的(de)(de)通信(xin)方式將(jiang)(jiang)主(zhu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)得到的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度信(xin)息(xi)發送至計算機(ji)上位機(ji),由(you)上位機(ji)顯示當前(qian)工作狀態及溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度值。由(you)主(zhu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)發出信(xin)號,使(shi)驅動(dong)電路導通,驅動(dong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)裝(zhuang)置或加熱(re)裝(zhuang)置進行(xing)降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)或升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),當采集得到的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度達到設置溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)(de)值時(shi),試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統將(jiang)(jiang)會自動(dong)斷開。溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統的(de)(de)硬件構成(cheng)(cheng)如(ru)圖2所示。
