2.1 制冷系統:
制冷系統是恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)之一(yi)(yi)。一(yi)(yi)般來說,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)都(dou)是(shi)機械(xie)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)以(yi)(yi)及輔助液氮(dan)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng),機械(xie)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)采用(yong)(yong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)氣(qi)壓縮(suo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng),該制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)人工制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)中(zhong)應用(yong)(yong)廣泛而又經濟的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)之一(yi)(yi)。蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)氣(qi)壓縮(suo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)型式(shi)(shi)(shi)有:單(dan)級(ji)(ji)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)、多級(ji)(ji)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)和(he)復疊式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng),它(ta)(ta)們(men)主(zhu)要由(you)壓縮(suo)機,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi),節流機構和(he)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)。由(you)于我們(men)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)要達到-55℃,單(dan)級(ji)(ji)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)難以(yi)(yi)滿足(zu)要求,因此(ci)綜(zong)合試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)般采用(yong)(yong)復疊式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)。下面以(yi)(yi)意大利ACS公司生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統為(wei)(wei)例作一(yi)(yi)簡要介紹,圖2為(wei)(wei)該制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統簡化(hua)圖。它(ta)(ta)由(you)兩部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng),分(fen)(fen)(fen)別稱為(wei)(wei)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)和(he)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen),每一(yi)(yi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)都(dou)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)相對(dui)(dui)獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統。高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)中(zhong)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(HP80)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發吸(xi)(xi)收來自低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(R23)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量而汽(qi)化(hua);低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發則從(cong)被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)象(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣(qi))吸(xi)(xi)熱以(yi)(yi)獲取冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)量。高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)和(he)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)之間是(shi)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)聯(lian)系(xi)起(qi)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),它(ta)(ta)既(ji)是(shi)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi),也是(shi)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)。ACS試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)HP80,低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)R23,箱(xiang)(xiang)內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度能達到-70℃。
2.2 加熱系統:
恒溫(wen)恒濕試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的加(jia)熱系(xi)統相對制冷系(xi)統而言,是比較簡單的。它主要由(you)大(da)功率電阻絲組成。由(you)于試(shi)驗箱(xiang)要求的升溫速率較大(da),因此試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的加(jia)熱系(xi)統功率都比較大(da),而且(qie)在(zai)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的底板也設有(you)加(jia)熱器(qi)。
2.3 控制系統:
控(kong)制(zhi)部(bu)分(fen)是綜合(he)試驗(yan)箱的(de)核心,它決(jue)定了試驗(yan)箱的(de)升降(jiang)溫速率(lv),精度等重要指標。現有試驗(yan)箱的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)大都采(cai)用PID控(kong)制(zhi),也有少部(bu)分(fen)采(cai)用PID與模糊控(kong)制(zhi)相結合(he)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)式。由于(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)系統基本上屬于(yu)軟件的(de)范疇,而且(qie)此部(bu)分(fen)在使用過程中,一般不(bu)會出現問題,因此,本文不(bu)對控(kong)制(zhi)系統作太多的(de)介紹。
2.4 濕度系統:
濕度(du)系統分為加濕和(he)除濕兩個子(zi)系統。
恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕試驗箱的除濕方式有兩種:機械制冷除濕和干燥器除濕。機械制冷除濕的除濕原理是將空氣冷卻到露點溫度以下,使大于飽和含濕量的水氣凝結析出,這樣就降低了濕度。干燥器除濕是利用氣泵將試驗箱內的空氣抽出,并將干燥的空氣注入,同時將濕空氣送入可循環利用的干燥器進行干燥,干燥完后又送入試驗箱內,如此反復循環進行除濕。現在大部分綜合試驗箱采用前一種除濕方法。后一種的除濕方法,可以使露點溫度達到0℃以下,適用于有特殊要求的場合,但費用較貴。一試驗箱(xiang)在-55℃低溫(wen)保(bao)持(chi)階(jie)段出(chu)現(xian)(xian)了溫(wen)度(du)保(bao)持(chi)不(bu)住的(de)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang),其(qi)溫(wen)度(du)曲線大(da)致如圖3。
