淺談三綜合試驗箱與一般氣候試驗箱的區別

    目前,已經有不少的單位購買了國外或國內生產的溫濕度振動三綜合試驗箱(以下簡稱三綜合試驗箱),使這些單位試驗室能力,特別是針對產品的可靠性試驗能力得到了很大的提高,為產品進行各種氣候環境試驗打下了良好的基礎,但是,如果擁有了三綜合試驗箱是否就等于擁有了高低溫試驗箱和濕度試驗箱呢?是否就可以按照現有的標準(國標或國軍標)來進行相應的試驗了呢?對于這個問題,可以從三綜合試驗箱與其它標準對試驗箱的主要技術指標要求來分析,見附表

    至于其(qi)它標準(zhun)對試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱風速(su)的要求(qiu)(qiu),在標準(zhun)中已給(gei)出(chu)了說明,是為防(fang)止試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樣品內產生(sheng)不(bu)符合實(shi)際(ji)的(拎或熱)傳導(dao),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)目(mu)地是考驗(yan)(yan)產品在各種(zhong)(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)條(tiao)件下貯存和工作(zuo)(zuo)的適應性(xing)。通常,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)在某種(zhong)(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)情況下試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)較長,風速(su)既有模(mo)擬環境(jing)的作(zuo)(zuo)用又(you)有均勻試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱的作(zuo)(zuo)用,當(dang)達到某種(zhong)(zhong)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)時(shi)(shi),要求(qiu)(qiu)保溫(wen)(wen)2h,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)緩(huan)慢地達到均勻,可(ke)見(jian)它與可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)有很(hen)大的不(bu)同。

    從分析中我們知道,風速的不同,導致這兩類不同的設備試驗目地不同,當然,我們總希望設備能符合的.標準越多越好,實際上是有困難的,比如現有的三綜合試驗箱風速是不可調的,如改成可調,并調到符合GJB150的要求,那么在多大溫度范圍內能符合溫度誤差,恐怕就很小了,這樣就失去了意義;所以,在實際工作中,應該對試驗設備的基本的技術指標有一個比較清楚的了解,特別是三綜合試驗箱,它真正的用途就是用于產品的可靠性試驗.而不適于做其它的試驗,如果將它用于其它的試驗,會使產品得不到真正的考驗,產生不良的結果。遺憾的是三綜合試驗箱一般并沒有給出設備的風速到底有多大,很容易造成人們的錯覺,誤認為三綜合試驗箱還可以做其它的試驗。
    氣候環境試驗是產品十分重要的試驗,是保證產品質量的重要環節,那種認為用三綜合試驗箱進行其它試驗沒什么關系的思想是不對的,它對保證產品質量是不利的;所以,了解設備,正確使用設備,加強設備的檢定是十分重要的,是保證產品試驗質量的基本條件。
