目前,在我國高低溫試驗箱溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)的校(xiao)(xiao)準是(shi)依(yi)據標(biao)準JJF1101- 2003《環境試驗設備溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、濕度(du)(du)校(xiao)(xiao)準規(gui)范》開展(zhan)的。規(gui)范中(zhong)介(jie)紹的“環境試驗設備溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)偏(pian)差校(xiao)(xiao)準結(jie)果不(bu)確(que)定(ding)(ding)度(du)(du)分(fen)析”只局限于試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)偏(pian)差校(xiao)(xiao)準結(jie)果不(bu)確(que)定(ding)(ding)度(du)(du)的分(fen)析“,但是(shi)當環,境試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)容(rong)積較大時(shi),內部不(bu)同(tong)位置的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)之間(jian)可能(neng)存(cun)在明顯的差異,這種分(fen)析方(fang)法就不(bu)能(neng)全面地評(ping)定(ding)(ding)試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)的不(bu)確(que)定(ding)(ding)度(du)(du)。本(ben)文(wen)在對(dui)高(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)性能(neng)不(bu)確(que)定(ding)(ding)度(du)(du)全面分(fen)析的基礎(chu)上,充分(fen)利用高(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)校(xiao)(xiao)準時(shi)所得(de)的數據,評(ping)定(ding)(ding)了其溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)性能(neng)的不(bu)確(que)定(ding)(ding)度(du)(du)。
通常在高(gao)低(di)溫試驗(yan)箱校準(zhun)時(shi)采用在無負載條件下的(de)校準(zhun)方法(fa),本文為了便于評估(gu)高(gao)低(di)溫試驗(yan)箱的(de)溫度性(xing)能,也采用該方法(fa)進行分(fen)析(xi)。
