可靠性環境試(shi)驗(yan)項(xiang)目確定后(hou),按照(zhao)什么順序進行試(shi)驗(yan),GJB150-1986、GJB150A-2009和GJB4-1983三項(xiang)標(biao)準中均有一定的規定。
01、GJB 150.1-1986
對于艦船電子設備,GJB150.1-1986附錄A中(zhong)建議的試(shi)驗(yan)順序為:低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)貯存(cun)—低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)工作—高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)貯存(cun)—高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)工作—太陽輻射—淋雨試(shi)驗(yan)—沖擊試(shi)驗(yan)—振動試(shi)驗(yan)—濕熱試(shi)驗(yan)—霉菌(jun)試(shi)驗(yan)—鹽(yan)霧試(shi)驗(yan)。
02、GJB 150.1A-2009
GJB 150.1A-2009列出了(le)確定試驗順(shun)序需(xu)要考慮的(de)(de)因素,GJB150A-2009中各部分給出了(le)推薦的(de)(de)試驗順(shun)序,建(jian)議艦(jian)船電子設備按如下順(shun)序進行:低溫(wen)貯存(cun)—低溫(wen)工(gong)作—太陽輻射—高溫(wen)貯存(cun)—高溫(wen)工(gong)作—濕熱(re)—傾斜(xie)搖(yao)擺(bai)—振(zhen)動—沖(chong)擊—淋雨(yu)—霉菌—鹽霧。
03、GJB 4.1-1983
GJB 4.1-1983中對(dui)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)的順序有明確的規定(ding),具體為:低(di)溫(wen)(wen)貯(zhu)存(cun)(cun)—低(di)溫(wen)(wen)工(gong)作(zuo)—高溫(wen)(wen)工(gong)作(zuo)(GJB4無(wu)高溫(wen)(wen)貯(zhu)存(cun)(cun)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan))—振動—顛震(zhen)—沖擊(ji)—濕熱試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)—霉菌(jun)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)—鹽霧試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)—淋雨試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)—太陽(yang)輻射。
鹽霧、霉菌(jun)如果(guo)采(cai)用零部件(jian)進行(xing)(xing)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),可(ke)與其他試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并(bing)行(xing)(xing)開(kai)始(shi)。此外,顛震試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)為GJB4-1983中規定(ding)(ding)的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)項目,GJB150-1986和GJB150A-2009中均(jun)無該(gai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)項目。由于顛震試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)一(yi)般采(cai)用電動振動臺(tai)完成,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方向(xiang)為樣品(pin)的垂向(xiang),同時參考GJB4-1983中規定(ding)(ding)的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)順序,建議顛震試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)在振動試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)后進行(xing)(xing)。
結(jie)合上述三個(ge)標準的規(gui)定(ding),本人認為,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)項(xiang)目的順(shun)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)應根據(ju)設備目前的技術狀態進行確定(ding)。對于(yu)工程研(yan)制階段的設備,建議試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)順(shun)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)為振(zhen)(zhen)動—顛震—沖擊(ji)(ji)—傾(qing)斜搖擺(bai)—低溫貯存(cun)—低溫工作(zuo)—高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫貯存(cun)—高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫工作(zuo)—濕(shi)熱(re)—太陽輻射—淋(lin)雨(yu);鑒定(ding)/定(ding)型階段的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)順(shun)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)為低溫貯存(cun)—低溫工作(zuo)—高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫貯存(cun)—高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫工作(zuo)—濕(shi)熱(re)—傾(qing)斜搖擺(bai)—振(zhen)(zhen)動—顛震—沖擊(ji)(ji)—淋(lin)雨(yu)—太陽輻射;批生(sheng)產階段的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)順(shun)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)為低溫工作(zuo)—高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫工作(zuo)—濕(shi)熱(re)—振(zhen)(zhen)動—顛震—淋(lin)雨(yu)。
