    鋰離子電池越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)廣(guang)泛地應用到人們的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)生(sheng)活(huo)當中,這使得它的(de)溫(wen)度環境(jing)成為關注的(de)要點,相對來說(shuo),鋰電池更容易在高溫(wen)環境(jing)下(xia)產(chan)生(sheng)安全問題(ti),因此(ci),必須對鋰電池進行高溫(wen)性能(neng)的(de)測試(shi),并與(yu)其常溫(wen)測試(shi)數據相比較。

    測試設備:高低溫試驗箱

    測試條(tiao)件:選擇兩只比亞(ya)迪生產(chan)的950mAh063450方型鋰(li)電池,分別在(zai)25℃(常溫)和60℃(高溫)下進行。

    充(chong)(chong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)制(zhi)度設計(ji):適用恒(heng)(heng)流恒(heng)(heng)壓充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和恒(heng)(heng)流放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)制(zhi)度。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)終止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)4.2V,放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)終止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)3.0V。首先(xian)以1C即950mA充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)至4.2V,再以4.2V恒(heng)(heng)壓充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)直至電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流達到(dao)20mA;然后以950mA恒(heng)(heng)流放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)至3.0V,如(ru)此(ci)循環充(chong)(chong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)300次(ci)。

    這里截(jie)取三個節點(dian):即(ji)第(di)50次、150次、300次充放電循環(huan)。

    在前50次循環過程中:

    1、25℃下的表現:容量衰(shuai)減(jian)過程略有起伏(fu),但并非線性,50次后的放電容量保(bao)持在96.6%;

    2、60℃下的表(biao)現:容(rong)量衰減過程接(jie)近(jin)于(yu)線性,50次后的放電容(rong)量保持在95.5%。

    滿(man)足標準(zhun): GB2423.1 GB2423.GJB150.3高溫試驗(yan)方(fang)法(fa)、GJB150.4低溫試驗(yan)方(fang)法(fa)、符合MIL STD GB JIS JEDEC IEC ISO等測(ce)試規范。

    特點:
