在(zai)(zai)LED燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)應用(yong)過程(cheng)中,我們會發現(xian)在(zai)(zai)冬季,有(you)些戶外燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)在(zai)(zai)華(hua)東(dong)(dong)地區使(shi)用(yong)正常,但在(zai)(zai)華(hua)北(bei)地區,特別是(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)東(dong)(dong)北(bei),卻出現(xian)無法點亮(liang),點亮(liang)異常等現(xian)象,這是(shi)(shi)因為LED燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)在(zai)(zai)設(she)計(ji)之初未(wei)考慮LED燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)的低(di)溫(wen)適(shi)應性,本章我們來講(jiang)解關(guan)于(yu)低(di)溫(wen)對LED燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)的影響,以及LED燈(deng)具(ju)(ju)的低(di)溫(wen)評價方法以及實例。
開關管在低溫環境下載(zai)流子的密度以及(ji)活性都(dou)會降(jiang)低,過載(zai)保護的啟(qi)動點也會因此降(jiang)低。
(2)在工作狀(zhuang)態下,隨(sui)著溫度的降低電(dian)(dian)容ESR等效串聯電(dian)(dian)阻會急劇的增(zeng)大,電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容對(dui)紋波抑制(zhi)能力降低,電(dian)(dian)壓紋波隨(sui)之變大。
黑(hei)金剛電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容阻抗(kang)-頻率-溫度(du)特(te)性曲線(xian)3低溫對熱敏電(dian)阻的影響輸入端防止浪涌電(dian)流的熱敏電(dian)阻,在低溫下(xia)阻值會放(fang)大(da)數(shu)倍,甚至會造成(cheng)LED驅動電(dian)源無法啟(qi)動,從造成(cheng)LED燈具失效(xiao)。
實驗前測試LED燈具光學參數,然后將LED燈具放入高低溫濕熱試驗箱,接入標稱供電電壓燃點,通(tong)過時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間繼電器控制每8小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)開關(guan)一次,每次關(guan)閉時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間30分鐘,試(shi)驗(yan)溫度(du)零下30℃,試(shi)驗(yan)總(zong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長168小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)巡視試(shi)驗(yan)狀(zhuang)況,試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)成后檢(jian)查燈具外觀(guan)。
