氟(fu)利(li)昂(ang)根(gen)據其(qi)要(yao)素構成分(fen)為三類(lei)(lei)(lei):一(yi)是(shi)氯(lv)氟(fu)烴(jing)類(lei)(lei)(lei),簡稱(cheng)CFC,這類(lei)(lei)(lei)氟(fu)利(li)昂(ang)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)中含(han)有(you)兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)或三個(ge)(ge)(ge)氯(lv)離(li)子(zi)(zi);二是(shi)氫(qing)(qing)氯(lv)氟(fu)烴(jing)類(lei)(lei)(lei),簡稱(cheng)HCFC,這類(lei)(lei)(lei)氟(fu)利(li)昂(ang)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)中含(han)有(you)-一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)或兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)氯(lv)分(fen)子(zi)(zi):三是(shi)氫(qing)(qing)氟(fu)烴(jing)類(lei)(lei)(lei),簡稱(cheng)HFC,這類(lei)(lei)(lei)氟(fu)利(li)昂(ang)中不含(han)氯(lv)離(li)子(zi)(zi)。根(gen)據《蒙特利(li)爾議定書》的(de)規定,發達國(guo)(guo)家CFC類(lei)(lei)(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)1996年(nian)1月1日停(ting)用,HCFC類(lei)(lei)(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)2030年(nian)1月1日停(ting)用。發展(zhan)中國(guo)(guo)家CFC類(lei)(lei)(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)2010年(nian)全部停(ting)止(zhi)使(shi)用: HCFC類(lei)(lei)(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)2016年(nian)開始(shi)受限,2040 年(nian)全部停(ting)止(zhi)使(shi)用。《京都議定書》規定,二氧化(hua)碳(tan)、甲(jia)烷、氧化(hua)亞氮、HFC類(lei)(lei)(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)、氫(qing)(qing)氟(fu)碳(tan)化(hua)合物和(he)六氟(fu)化(hua)硫等6類(lei)(lei)(lei)氣(qi)體均屬于溫室氣(qi)體,對發達國(guo)(guo)家提出了減少溫室氣(qi)體排放要(yao)求。為滿(man)足高低溫交變濕熱試驗箱的(de)低溫環境要(yao)求,兼顧制(zhi)冷系(xi)統性能及(ji)壓縮機工作的(de)可靠性,本文選擇R404A作為制(zhi)冷劑(ji)。R404A由HFC143、HFC125、HFC134a組成,其(qi)物理(li)性質(zhi)見表1。
圖1為 高低溫交變濕熱試驗箱裝置原理圖。該(gai)實驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)主(zhu)要(yao)包括(kuo)制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、加(jia)(jia)濕(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)數據(ju)測量與采(cai)集系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)。制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)由壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)、;冷(leng)凝器(qi)、蒸發器(qi)、膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)、干燥過濾(lv)器(qi)和(he)蒸發壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調節閥(fa)(fa)等(deng)(deng)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)鰭片式(shi)不(bu)銹鋼電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)。加(jia)(jia)濕(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)蒸汽(qi)加(jia)(jia)濕(shi)方(fang)式(shi),減(jian)小加(jia)(jia)濕(shi)對溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)波動的影響。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱的外型設(she)計尺寸(cun)為(wei)950mmx 1325mmx 1850mm,內(nei)箱尺寸(cun)為(wei)750mmx755mmx850mm,容積約480L。為(wei)了(le)使溫(wen)(wen)(wen)濕(shi)度(du)(du)的控(kong)制(zhi)精度(du)(du)能快速達到設(she)定的環(huan)境要(yao)求,實驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)并聯5組(zu)(zu)電磁閥(fa)(fa)和(he)膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)(fa),分別承擔不(bu)同溫(wen)(wen)(wen)濕(shi)度(du)(du)條(tiao)件下(xia)的功能。RC1和(he)RC2膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)起(qi)到快速降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong); RC3膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)一般除(chu)濕(shi),RC4膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)強(qiang)除(chu)濕(shi)工況; RC5膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)不(bu)經過蒸發器(qi),直接接到壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)進氣口,保護壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(蒸發器(qi)出口溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)在(zai)-11℃以(yi)下(xia)常閉,-11℃以(yi)上常開(kai),冷(leng)卻壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji))。具體工作(zuo)(zuo)工況見(jian)表(biao)2。控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)測試(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)包括(kuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao)和(he)數據(ju)采(cai)集器(qi)等(deng)(deng)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。為(wei)了(le)研(yan)究壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)吸、排(pai)氣的狀況,在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)的進出口設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)了(le)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)點。另外,在(zai)高低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)交變濕(shi)熱(re)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱內(nei)、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)進出口和(he)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)外殼等(deng)(deng)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)測溫(wen)(wen)(wen)點。
圖(tu)2為試(shi)驗箱制(zhi)(zhi)冷系統I作過程(cheng)中壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)的吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)和排氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)變化情況。圖(tu)2表明(ming),機(ji)組啟動后(hou),吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)迅(xun)速下降,然后(hou)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)逐漸穩(wen)(wen)定;排氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)先迅(xun)速升高,然后(hou)逐漸下降后(hou)穩(wen)(wen)定。575 秒后(hou)制(zhi)(zhi)冷系統壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)的排氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)穩(wen)(wen)定在0.9MPa 左(zuo)右,吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)在0.1MPa左(zuo)右,壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)的壓(ya)比大約為9,表明(ming)壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)工(gong)作穩(wen)(wen)定。
圖4為試驗(yan)箱低溫(wen)(wen)工況的降溫(wen)(wen)曲線,實驗(yan)設定溫(wen)(wen)度(du)條件是(shi)-40℃,由(you)于是(shi)低溫(wen)(wen)工況,不控制(zhi)(zhi)濕(shi)度(du)。制(zhi)(zhi)冷系統啟動(dong)后,試驗(yan)箱內(nei)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)隨時間逐漸降低,開始時段的降溫(wen)(wen)速率明顯大于后面時段的降溫(wen)(wen)速率。當試驗(yan)箱內(nei)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)接近(jin)設定溫(wen)(wen)度(du),加熱器(qi)在PID控制(zhi)(zhi)下(xia)開始輸出(chu)熱量,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)逐漸穩定,經(jing)過(guo)約3200s,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)穩定在-40℃,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)波動(dong)在±0.2℃以(yi)內(nei)。
高溫和低溫工況都(dou)是(shi)典型的(de)(de)不(bu)控制(zhi)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)工況,圖(tu)5~圖(tu)7是(shi)3組典型的(de)(de)溫濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)同(tong)時(shi)控制(zhi)條件下的(de)(de)試驗箱(xiang)溫濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)實(shi)(shi)驗結(jie)(jie)果(guo)。圖(tu)5是(shi)溫度(du)(du)(du)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)為(wei)20℃、濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)98%RH高濕(shi)工況實(shi)(shi)驗結(jie)(jie)果(guo),試驗箱(xiang)內溫度(du)(du)(du)隨(sui)時(shi)間(jian)逐(zhu)漸降(jiang)低并穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding),濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)隨(sui)時(shi)間(jian)逐(zhu)漸上升。實(shi)(shi)驗開始時(shi)段(duan)的(de)(de)升濕(shi)速(su)(su)率(lv)明(ming)顯大于(yu)后(hou)面時(shi)段(duan)的(de)(de)升濕(shi)速(su)(su)率(lv)。圖(tu)5同(tong)時(shi)表明(ming)溫度(du)(du)(du)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)后(hou)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)也逐(zhu)漸穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)。經(jing)過約1400s,溫濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)均達到了設定(ding)(ding)(ding)值。溫度(du)(du)(du)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)在20±0.2℃,濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)在98±1.0%RH。
圖6的實驗工況條件是(shi)溫度(du)(du)65℃, 濕度(du)(du)為40%RH,是(shi)典型的中溫中濕實驗條件。實驗結果表(biao)明(ming),試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)內溫度(du)(du)隨時(shi)間(jian)差不多呈(cheng)線性(xing)降(jiang)低,濕度(du)(du)隨時(shi)間(jian)先逐漸(jian)上升然后逐漸(jian)下(xia)降(jiang)。濕度(du)(du)一開始_上升可能是(shi)由于(yu)試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)內溫度(du)(du)降(jiang)低而除濕沒(mei)有及時(shi)去除。隨著(zhu)時(shi)間(jian)的推移,溫度(du)(du)和濕度(du)(du)逐漸(jian)降(jiang)低,穩(wen)定在設定值(zhi)。經過約900s,溫度(du)(du)穩(wen)定在65±0.3℃,濕度(du)(du)穩(wen)定在40±1.3%RH。
圖7的實驗(yan)條件是溫度(du)(du)(du)設(she)定(ding)為60℃,濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)為10%RH,屬于(yu)低濕(shi)(shi)實驗(yan)工況。試(shi)驗(yan)箱內溫度(du)(du)(du)隨時間逐漸(jian)(jian)上升并穩(wen)定(ding),濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)隨時間逐漸(jian)(jian)下降并趨于(yu)穩(wen)定(ding)。經(jing)過(guo)約400s,溫度(du)(du)(du)和濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)接(jie)近(jin)于(yu)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi),PID運算減少加(jia)熱器的輸(shu)出,由于(yu)10%RH較低,經(jing)過(guo)一段時間波動后(hou),終(zhong)經(jing)過(guo)約550s, 溫度(du)(du)(du)穩(wen)定(ding)在60±0.3℃,濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)穩(wen)定(ding)在10±1.5%RH。
