冷熱沖擊試驗箱性能研究

    1、引(yin)言

    隨著人類社會的(de)(de)(de)進步和生產(chan)需要,制(zhi)冷(leng)工(gong)(gong)業迅速發展(zhan),低溫制(zhi)冷(leng)技(ji)術在醫療、機(ji)械、化工(gong)(gong)、石(shi)油、電(dian)子(zi)、航(hang)天、軍(jun)工(gong)(gong)等(deng)(deng)領域的(de)(de)(de)應用也(ye)日益廣泛。其(qi)中,為(wei)(wei)了(le)檢測(ce)和分析儀(yi)器(qi)、儀(yi)表、機(ji)械、電(dian)子(zi)等(deng)(deng)樣品材料及零部件(jian)承受(shou)老化以(yi)及熱脹冷(leng)縮等(deng)(deng)性能,需要模擬出溫濕(shi)度(du)恒定或漸(jian)變以(yi)及冷(leng)熱沖擊等(deng)(deng)不同的(de)(de)(de)試驗環境,以(yi)便(bian)篩選出產(chan)品設(she)計和工(gong)(gong)藝上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)缺陷,為(wei)(wei)設(she)計定型和批產(chan)驗收決策提供依據。因此,溫濕(shi)度(du)環境試驗設(she)備得到了(le)航(hang)天航(hang)空、車輛工(gong)(gong)程以(yi)及電(dian)工(gong)(gong)電(dian)子(zi)等(deng)(deng)行(xing)業越(yue)來越(yue)多的(de)(de)(de)關注。
    為了搭建高低溫沖擊試驗箱實驗平臺,首先需要設計出能夠模擬-40℃~ - 70℃低溫環境的制冷系統。復疊制冷是此溫度范圍的重要制冷方式,其由高溫制冷循環和低溫制冷循環構成,高溫制冷循環產生的冷量用來在蒸發冷凝器中冷凝低溫制冷循環的制冷劑,冷凝后的低溫級制冷劑經過節流閥進人蒸發器蒸發從而降低環境溫度。復疊制冷在-40~-120℃范圍內有著良好的制冷效果。本文采用復疊式制冷和電加熱控制技術,搭建了高低溫環境冷熱沖擊試驗箱,對高低溫沖擊試驗箱的性能進行了實驗研究。

    2、制冷工質(zhi)的選擇

    復疊式制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統需要選擇兩種(zhong)類型的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑,即中溫制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑和(he)(he)低溫制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑。由于(yu)國際(ji)社(she)會(hui)對環境(jing)安(an)全(quan)的(de)日(ri)益重視,此前廣泛使用的(de)R13、R22等CFC、HCFC類型的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑已逐步被(bei)代替。鑒于(yu)R23和(he)(he)R404A的(de)ODP為(wei)零,安(an)全(quan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)好(hao),是環境(jing)友好(hao)型制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑,因此在綜(zong)合考慮制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、壓(ya)縮機工作的(de)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)環境(jing)友好(hao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)后,選擇R404A/R23作為(wei)復疊式制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑, R404A 和(he)(he)R23的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)參數見(jian)表1。其中,R404A由R125( 標(biao)準(zhun)沸(fei)(fei)點(dian)- 49℃)、R143a(標(biao)準(zhun)沸(fei)(fei)點(dian)-47.2℃)和(he)(he)R134a(標(biao)準(zhun)沸(fei)(fei)點(dian)-26.1℃)按質(zhi)量分(fen)數44:52:4混(hun)合而成,具有(you)與R22(標(biao)準(zhun)沸(fei)(fei)點(dian)-40.8℃ )較為(wei)相(xiang)近的(de)熱物(wu)理性(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)。

    3、實驗(yan)裝置與實驗(yan)

    圖1為(wei)高低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)沖擊(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)實驗裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)系(xi)統圖。試(shi)驗箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)本體主(zhu)要包括高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)復疊制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統由高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)循(xun)環和低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)循(xun)環組成,設備主(zhu)要有(you)壓縮(suo)(suo)機、冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)、膨(peng)脹閥(或毛細管)、蒸發(fa)冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)、蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)、油分離器(qi)(qi),干燥過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)等,兩(liang)個制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)循(xun)環通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)蒸發(fa)冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)相(xiang)結合。高、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部結構相(xiang)似:幾何尺寸(cun)均為(wei)650mmx650mmx600mm,每個箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體.上部都(dou)(dou)有(you)兩(liang)個百葉進風口(kou)(kou),下部有(you)兩(liang)個百葉出(chu)(chu)風口(kou)(kou),風口(kou)(kou)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)兩(liang)個循(xun)環風機,且(qie)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)電加熱盤(pan)管調節溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)。當風機工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時,受迫循(xun)環空氣經過(guo)(guo)熱盤(pan)管、蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)調節高低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)到達(da)目(mu)標值。測(ce)(ce)試(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部尺寸(cun)為(wei)500mm x 500mm x 500mm ,容積為(wei)125L,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)氣缸的(de)運動快(kuai)速拉動測(ce)(ce)試(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),分別在高、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)中進行冷(leng)熱沖擊(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗,氣缸由空壓機的(de)壓縮(suo)(suo)空氣提供(gong)動力。為(wei)了研究測(ce)(ce)試(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均勻(yun)度(du)(du),在測(ce)(ce)試(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)布置(zhi)了9個T型熱電偶作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)點。在高、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環壓縮(suo)(suo)機的(de)進、出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)布置(zhi)壓力測(ce)(ce)試(shi)點,研究壓縮(suo)(suo)機的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀況。高、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)都(dou)(dou)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)三線(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)PT100溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)傳感器(qi)(qi),精度(du)(du)為(wei)±0. 1℃,數據(ju)同步輸(shu)人UMC1000控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)中,控制(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統和加熱系(xi)統工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀況。

    4、實(shi)驗研(yan)究(jiu)

    實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)選取兩組沖(chong)(chong)擊溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)進(jin)行(xing)測試,分(fen)別用(yong)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)1和(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)2表示。實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)1:沖(chong)(chong)擊溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)- 55℃和(he)(he)200℃ ;實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)2:沖(chong)(chong)擊溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)-45℃和(he)(he)150℃。測試箱(xiang)(xiang)由高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)沖(chong)(chong)擊到(dao)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)時,高(gao)(gao)(gao)、低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)的預熱(re)(re)、預冷(leng)(leng)(leng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)200℃、- 70 ℃(實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)1)和(he)(he)150℃、-60℃(實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)2);測試箱(xiang)(xiang)由低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)沖(chong)(chong)擊到(dao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)時,高(gao)(gao)(gao)、低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)的預熱(re)(re)、預冷(leng)(leng)(leng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)210℃、-55℃(實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)1)和(he)(he)160℃、-45℃(實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)2)。實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前使(shi)用(yong)真空泵將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)、低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)循環系(xi)統抽真空后(hou),再將(jiang)選擇的制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑R404A和(he)(he)R23分(fen)別充(chong)人到(dao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)、低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)循環系(xi)統內,并用(yong)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)稱測出(chu)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑的充(chong)人量。經過調試,制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)正(zheng)常。電(dian)(dian)源接通(tong)后(hou),高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)內的電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)管(guan)立即工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),通(tong)過PID調節將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)環境(jing)預熱(re)(re)到(dao)目標(biao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)。為(wei)(wei)(wei)確保壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機安全工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),防止誤操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),電(dian)(dian)源接通(tong)后(hou)30s,高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機啟動(dong),當高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級(ji)蒸發(fa)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)達到(dao)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)時,低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機再啟動(dong)。低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑進(jin)人蒸發(fa)器將(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)環境(jing)預冷(leng)(leng)(leng)到(dao)目標(biao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du),同時低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)內電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)盤(pan)管(guan)在PID調節下工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),使(shi)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)內穩定后(hou)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)波動(dong)范圍控制(zhi)(zhi)在±0.5℃。當高(gao)(gao)(gao)、低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)達到(dao)預熱(re)(re)、預冷(leng)(leng)(leng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)并穩定后(hou),測試箱(xiang)(xiang)在氣缸的拉動(dong)下瞬(shun)間(jian)(jian)從高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)沖(chong)(chong)擊到(dao)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(或低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)沖(chong)(chong)擊到(dao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)) , 測試箱(xiang)(xiang)內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)迅速變(bian)化,終穩定在沖(chong)(chong)擊溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)設(she)定值。在這期間(jian)(jian),記錄(lu)下壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機進(jin)、排氣口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)(gao)、低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)內的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)隨(sui)時間(jian)(jian)變(bian)化的值。

    5、結果與(yu)討論

    圖(tu)(tu)2與圖(tu)(tu)3分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)實驗1復疊式制冷(leng)系統(tong)運行(xing)過(guo)程中高、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)進、排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力隨(sui)時(shi)間變(bian)化曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)。圖(tu)(tu)2和圖(tu)(tu)3表明(ming),低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運行(xing)60s后開始工作,兩級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力隨(sui)時(shi)間變(bian)化趨(qu)勢(shi)相似。在整個沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)循(xun)環過(guo)程中,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)進氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力谷值(zhi)和排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力峰值(zhi)出現的(de)時(shi)間均早于低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji),且壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力值(zhi)先達到(dao)(dao)(dao)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)。從(cong)圖(tu)(tu)2中可(ke)看出,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)后的(de)排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)1. 1MPa,進氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)0. 2MPa,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)比約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)5.5。從(cong)圖(tu)(tu)3中可(ke)以(yi)看出,在預(yu)冷(leng)階段(duan)(duan)(O31A31和O32A32段(duan)(duan)) ,低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力上(shang)升后緩(huan)慢下降到(dao)(dao)(dao)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi),約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)0. 9MPa;進氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力下降后上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)(dao)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi),約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)0.1MPa,穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)后的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)比約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)9。在- 55℃沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)階段(duan)(duan)( A31B31段(duan)(duan)),由(you)于低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱內(nei)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度從(cong)- 70℃.上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)(dao)-55℃,與蒸發溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度相對應,低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力也從(cong)0.9MPa上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)(dao)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi),約(yue)(yue)(yue)為(wei)(wei)1MPa。在200心沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)階段(duan)(duan)(B31C31段(duan)(duan)) ,低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱內(nei)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度恢復到(dao)(dao)(dao)- 70℃ ,排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力再次穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)到(dao)(dao)(dao)0. 9MPa。實驗2的(de)兩級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)進、排(pai)(pai)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力隨(sui)時(shi)間變(bian)化曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)與實驗1基(ji)本相同。實驗結果說明(ming)在高低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)(ji)實驗過(guo)程中壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運行(xing)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)。

    圖4和圖5分別表示(shi)在(zai)整個沖(chong)擊循環(huan)試驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中高(gao)(gao)、低溫(wen)(wen)箱內環(huan)境溫(wen)(wen)度隨(sui)時間的(de)變(bian)化(hua)曲(qu)線。圖4表明,在(zai)實驗(yan)(yan)的(de)預熱(re)段(O41A41或O42A42段),高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)箱溫(wen)(wen)度在(zai)電源啟動后迅速(su)上升,隨(sui)著溫(wen)(wen)度接近預熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度,電加熱(re)管輸(shu)出功率減小(xiao)、溫(wen)(wen)升速(su)率降低,箱內溫(wen)(wen)度逐近穩定(ding)。實驗(yan)(yan)1經過770s(約12. 8min) ,高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)箱從室溫(wen)(wen)(13.8℃)升到200℃。

    圖5表(biao)明,在(zai)(zai)實驗的(de)預冷(leng)(leng)段(O51A51或O52A52段),低(di)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)在(zai)(zai)制冷(leng)(leng)系統(tong)啟動后迅速降(jiang)低(di),當溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)接(jie)近預冷(leng)(leng)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)時,電加熱(re)開始(shi)工作,箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)逐(zhu)漸穩(wen)定(ding)到設定(ding)值。實驗1經(jing)過3420s(約57min) ,低(di)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)從室溫(wen)(wen)(13.8℃)降(jiang)到- 70℃。在(zai)(zai)預冷(leng)(leng)、熱(re)期間,測(ce)試箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)位于(yu)高溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內,其(qi)內部(bu)熱(re)環境變化(hua)與高溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)保持一致,當高溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定(ding)在(zai)(zai)200℃ ±0. 3℃時,測(ce)試箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為200℃±0. 5℃,表(biao)明測(ce)試箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)均(jun)勻。為了減少沖擊實驗過程中低(di)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)恢(hui)復時間,在(zai)(zai)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)底部(bu)、上部(bu)和側面增加了鋁板來儲能。
    當高(gao)、低溫(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)分別達到預(yu)熱、預(yu)冷溫(wen)度并維持到點A41(或A51)時(shi)刻,在氣(qi)缸的(de)作(zuo)用下,測(ce)試箱(xiang)(xiang)從高(gao)溫(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)沖擊到低溫(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang),轉換時(shi)間(jian)為5s,實驗1進(jin)入- 55℃沖擊階段(duan)。由(you)圖(tu)(tu)4和(he)圖(tu)(tu)5可以看(kan)出,由(you)于測(ce)試箱(xiang)(xiang)從高(gao)溫(wen)環境(jing)(jing)(200℃)沖擊到超低溫(wen)環境(jing)(jing)(-71℃)伴(ban)隨著熱量的(de)轉移,低溫(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)度迅(xun)速上升, 經過(guo)272s(約(yue)4.5min)穩定到沖擊溫(wen)度-55℃ ,恢(hui)復時(shi)間(jian)約(yue)為4.5min(A51;A'51段(duan))。高(gao)溫(wen)箱(xiang)(xiang)溫(wen)度下降后上升,經過(guo)186s(3. 1min)穩定到210℃,恢(hui)復時(shi)間(jian)為3.1min(A41,A'41段(duan))。
    當(dang)穩定后(hou)的高(gao)、低溫箱(xiang)溫度(du)(高(gao)溫箱(xiang):210℃;低溫箱(xiang): - 55℃)維持到(dao)點B,(或B,)時刻時,實驗1進人200℃沖擊階段(B-C)。在氣(qi)缸的作(zuo)用下,測(ce)試箱(xiang)由低溫環境(-55℃)沖擊到(dao)高(gao)溫環境(210℃),轉換時間為5s。由圖4和(he)圖5可以看出,高(gao)溫箱(xiang)溫度(du)下降(jiang)后(hou)_上升到(dao)200C并(bing)保(bao)持穩定,溫度(du)恢復時間約(yue)2. 4min(B41,B'41段)。低溫箱(xiang)溫度(du)從-55℃下降(jiang)并(bing)穩定到(dao)-70℃,溫度(du)恢復時間約(yue)17min(B51,B'51段)。
    圖4和(he)圖5中(zhong)O42C42、O52C52分別(bie)為實驗2高、低(di)溫(wen)箱溫(wen)度變化曲線,其趨勢(shi)與(yu)實驗1相同預冷、預熱和(he)沖(chong)擊過(guo)程中(zhong)溫(wen)度恢復時間均(jun)少于(yu)實驗1。
    實(shi)驗(yan)結(jie)果表(biao)明(ming),在(zai)整個沖擊循環試驗(yan)過程中,高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)箱(xiang)經(jing)過約12.8min,預(yu)熱溫(wen)度可達(da)到(dao)2109C,穩定偏差±0.3℃;低(di)溫(wen)箱(xiang)經(jing)過約57min,預(yu)冷溫(wen)度可達(da)到(dao)-71℃ ,穩定偏差±0.5℃。沖擊試驗(yan)在(zai)-55℃~+200℃時(shi),轉換時(shi)間為5s,溫(wen)度恢(hui)復時(shi)間不(bu)大于(yu)5min,溫(wen)度偏差不(bu)大于(yu)±0.5℃ ,超高(gao)(gao)低(di)溫(wen)沖擊試驗(yan)箱(xiang)性能達(da)到(dao)要求。

    6、結論

    選擇R404A/R23作為復疊(die)式制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)的(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑,搭(da)建了高低(di)溫(wen)(wen)沖擊(ji)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)實驗裝(zhuang)置,并達到(dao)了在(zai)-55℃~+200℃的(de)沖擊(ji)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)范圍(wei)內的(de)技術要求。實驗結果表(biao)明(ming),在(zai)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系統穩定工作后,壓縮機的(de)進、排(pai)氣口(kou)壓力穩定,且在(zai)許可范圍(wei)內,系統運行(xing)穩定可靠(kao)。實驗結果也表(biao)明(ming),在(zai)高低(di)溫(wen)(wen)調節(jie)過程中,系統預熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達到(dao)210℃,預冷(leng)(leng)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達到(dao)-70℃ ,預熱(re)時(shi)間不(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于12. 8min,預冷(leng)(leng)時(shi)間不(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于57min。沖擊(ji)實驗過程中,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)轉換時(shi)間為5s,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)恢復時(shi)間不(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于5min,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)偏(pian)差不(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于±0.5℃。
